Myself and Daughter were in a horrific car accident on November 29, 2024. We were referred to Platinum Health Care. The staff have been very kind, helpful, and very informative. Dr. Logan , Dr. Kristine ,, Melanie, Marianne, Sophia, and all of the staff make you feel like family. The staff have been very compassionate and understanding.Since we have been in treatment, we have noticed many improvements. We look forward to continuing our care with the amazing staff at platinum healthcare.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Platinum Healthcare. From my very first visit, they took the time to explain my anatomy and the causes of my pain —I even cried - I felt understood. I've committed to the process and am about seven sessions into my 25-visit plan, and the difference is already incredible. I can sneeze without feeling like I'm going to go down! The entire team is kind, thoughtful, and personable, Dr. Kauffman, Melanie, even the front office staff! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Coffman and the team at Platinum Healthcare. After a pretty bad car accident, I came in with a lot of pain in my back, shoulders, and neck. From day one, Dr. Coffman and all the staff were incredibly kind and understanding of what I needed. They took the time to listen and develop a treatment plan that worked for me. In three weeks of treatment, my neck and back pain have improved significantly, and now I’m able to move around more freely and without much discomfort and pain. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. I recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care.
