I can't say enough good things about Platinum Healthcare! My grandson was in a horrific car accident back in 2019, suffering from multiple severe injuries, including a broken collarbone, shattered mastoid bone, a fractured femur, and a brain bleed. Since then, the team at Platinum Healthcare has been instrumental in getting him back on track. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the environment is warm and welcoming, which makes all the difference when you're dealing with a long recovery. They’re always on time, and the service is quick, making visits as smooth and efficient as possible. The office is spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Dr. Kauffman is so knowledgeable and skilled. She really knows her stuff and has been a huge asset in my grandson’s recovery. Melanie is equally amazing—she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and has such a great way with kids. Her calm demeanor and expertise make her a standout. I highly recommend Platinum Healthcare to anyone in need of top-notch care. They’ve made such a positive impact on my grandson’s recovery journey, and I am beyond grateful!!

Platinum Health care has been nothing short of exceptional. They are very detailed with the customization of each persons needs as far as their care plan is concerned. My back used to hurt and for years, with chronic fatigue and neck pain. Dr. Logan customized a plan and have been coming here for 3 months and with Dr. k’s help my pain has subsided my mood has increased. My energy is through the roof. I have better mobility with the therapies they have provided me. They have throughly cared for me and exceeded my expectations. I can not say enough good about the staff here, all I can say is that they treat you like family and really do care for your needs. My name is Roger and I’ve been a patient at Platinum Healthcare for two years. Every visit is the same. I’m greeted with a smile, my care is top notch, professional, and I leave feeling better than I came in. After three back surgeries I had pretty much given up on ever experiencing pain relief again. I’ve tried prescription pain medication, physical therapy, and even burning of the nerves in my lower back (L5 S1). After much persistence and care from the team here I have improved motion and pain level is diminishing. I can’t say enough great things about this practice and Dr. Kauffman specifically. I also receive injections in my neck, shoulder, and lower back. These are administered by Melanie, their Physicians Assistant. She is such an asset to your practice. All together this practice has been life changing and I highly recommend you visit them. You won’t regret it.
