I have been going here for about 10yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have taken care of my back, my neck - that looked like a staircase, bursitis in my shoulder and a broken shoulder. My husband and I found Platinum Health Care due to our personal injuries. I had a a horrible bulging disc that cause such pain I could barely walk. Spinal decompression was the answer and now I live an active life pain free. My husband was in an auto and bike accident and Dr. Kauffman and staff did a fantastic job at helping with his personal care and insurance process. He now lives a pain free active life as well after month and months of dusky headaches. Our whole family also goes now including our three teenagers who have all had their fair share of sports injuries from broken ankle to bulge disc to auto immune issues. Dr. Kauffman has been able to bring relief and help to all of their situations. I also suffer from horrible migraines and a visit to Dr. Kauffman is always an immediate fix and relief. We now go as a family weekly for wellness adjustments to keep us all in top spinal and overall health. Dr. Kristin Kauffman is an amazing, caring, kind and knowledgeable doctor and now like family. The staff is also wonderful to work with. We are so happy we found this place. We now live an active and healthy life pain free. Dr. Kauffman is a true God send!! Highly recommend.

I was in so much shoulder pain when I came to this office and couldn’t work or take care of my 3 year old . I was feeling helpless. The Platinum Healthcare team is 1st Class! Everyone is so nice and focused on helping you get better. Was having chronic headaches and unrelated shoulder pain that the team helped me overcome. Truly grateful for their support, professionalism, and knowledge on how to treat the root issue. Never a doubt! Would highly recommend getting an initial visit if you have any ailment as our body is so connected and it could be something surprising that is causing it. As an example my headaches were caused from the brain stem/C1being out of alignment. Thank you again!
