I came to Platinum Healthcare limping with pain in my knee and back. The team evaluated me, and after testing and collaborating they presented me with the finding of a meniscus tear and mild arthritis. Dr. Logan, the Case Manager recommended Regenerative Cellular injections. We started right away as I was going on a trip to Italy. We were able to get in 2 injections, spread out over 2 weeks, prior to my departure. After each injection I had a Matrix session. During my trip I walked all over Italy usually 13,000 steps/day without issues. My back pain was gone after the first treatment. The long flight was a concern, but I was taught to use kinesio taping! In Venice I was able to walk cautiously up and down the steps of bridges. After each injection I had a Matrix session. In Venice I was able to walk up and down several bridges a day! Now, after the last treatment I am walking 20 minutes/day, I can go from sit to stand with ease. I can lie on my stomach, I have no pain. I’m cautiously increasing my activity level. As a Physical Therapist I am exceedingly grateful for this treatment, because it has helped me avoid surgery and steroid shots. I recommend it whole heartedly. Dr. Logan truly explained in much detail about my diagnosis and the treatment. I was truly treated as part of the decision making team, because of my medical background. The staff is amazing! From Sophia at the front desk to Daphna FNP-BC, the one who administered the injections, to Dr. Kaufman who did my evaluation, to the ladies handling billing, and the techs putting you on the machines. Every time you walk in you feel like you’re among family. I would give ten stars ⭐️ if I could!

I am so glad my husband recommended that I be evaluated for how Platinum Health can help with my aches and pains and physical issues. I have been going to Platinum Health now for about a year, and what a difference there is in my physical comfort and well-being. I can walk at a fast pace for well over a mile at a time, and that just wasn't going to happen before. My gait is natural, my hips are basically pain free, and my body just plain feels younger. I have been especially pleased with the support offered by Melanie Bainter and Dr. Kaufman. Melanie's personality is so comfortable and open. I definitely like her "bedside" procedures, and am comfortable asking any questions. Dr. Kaufman is so skilled in her chiropractic and decompression table techniques. I am benefitting greatly for all of her treatments. She is also very comfortable to work with. Platinum Health is a high quality facility. It is obvious that one of the main goals for ALL staff is to establish true relationships with all patients. They all call me by name, and are interested in what I have to say.

After decades of chiropractic care with various providers, Dr. Kaufmann was the first doctor to successfully isolate and treat the root of my low back pain. Furthermore, after many years of physical therapy for my lower back, the exercise therapies prescribed at Platinum are the first set of specific body mechanics that actually make me feel better. Overall, I've experienced less severe pain, though I'm mindful that it takes time to heal completely. An unexpected side benefit is that migraine headaches, though only sporadic for me in the past, have completely disappeared over the last four months. It's my experience that Platinum does not rely on one-size-fits-all praxis.

I have been treated at Platinum Healthcare by Dr Logan and Dr Kauffman for a number of years. I have sustained many injuries as an athlete over the years, and they have been able to take great care of me with excellence and great care every time. They are good listeners and will explain your condition to you in depth. I always joke that Dr Kauffman has magic hands, but it is true! Her adjustments have helped get me out of severe pain many times. The whole experience is great from the front office to the PA. I would recommend without reservation.

Dr K, with her healing hands adjusted me and I was free from headaches after the first visit! And no please don’t stop coming, healing is a continuous journey and it kept getting better everyday!
