My experience here was awesome. I have neuropathy damage in both feet from diabetes. I really can say I seen big improvements. I can not say enough about the medical staff here. Dr Kristin Kemper and Nurse Practitioner Laura Sovereign Casey this pair of ladies will beat a three of a kind any day. They are fabulous. Also the medical assistants Melody and Alyssa are awesome. The office staff are very kind and outstanding that treat you like family. They take their time with each and every patient. 👍🏻

I have been waiting a while to speak about my experience here at this wellness center. Today as I was leaving after a treatment, a gentleman asked me about my experience with them. I came to Platinum within hours of being t-boned by a driver. We were directed here by a concierge recommended by my doctor. From the very first moment I have felt the kind of compassionate care everyone should experience. From helping us deal with the immediate trauma emotionally as well as physically, these women have listened, offered advice, treatments, and compassion every step of the way. From the front office managers, to the owners, technicians, specialists, doctors, assistants, everyone takes time, is helpful, patient and generous. We have come to know them over these three months and the care for them is reciprocal because of the outpouring they give in the healing we receive. Do not underestimate the necessity of this level of care. The facility is state of the art, the doctors and technicians are well trained and well versed. They offer a variety of classes that are open to the public and are free. They use all natural products and have a variety of supplements, tools, and aids to help alleviate the strain and pain that comes with making major changes to your skeletal health and well being. In addition, this group is connected to other specialists, orthopedists and neurologists who respect the work that the doctors Logan, and Kemper do in this office. I would recommendations them easily and have to a number of friends. I still have a long road to recovery, but I am certain I am in good hands and receiving the best care from this team.

My work with the highly professional and competent staff at Platinum Healthcare has been life-changing. As an active athlete and dancer throughout my 73 years, I was shocked to watch my body go from fit to fragile in four years. I was looking more like the Leaning Tower of Pisa than Ginger Rogers. Due to an increasingly serious case of scoliosis, I was pitched to the right and forward, with a pronounced limp and lack of balance. I thought my tap dancing days were over. Everybody on the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Over the course of my treatments, I went from serious back and knee pain to occasional mild discomfort. What a difference! In addition, they treated my arthritic knee and a shoulder injury. All in all, a completely positive experience.
