Platinum Healthcare is by far the BEST physical medicine practice in Sarasota, FL. I have been to multiple chiropractors in my 17 years of living here, Dr. Kemper is amazing, she is gentle, knows her clients, and is educated in different modalities for the best treatment of care. The staff at Platinum Healthcare are always upbeat and smiling. They go out of their way to provide good schedule times and are always welcoming! Once again I highly recommend this practice!
We started with Platinum Healthcare after my daughter had a very serious accident. She had headaches, neck and back pain and was having a hard time paying attention in school. After her initial examination with Dr. Logan and Dr. Kemper I could clearly see why. Her atlas was out and her back very far out of alignment. I was so impressed with the level of explanation and time that was taken to explain her situation. After her first adjustment she felt relief. I am happy to say today she is pain free, calmer and enjoying sports again. I was so impressed I started myself and couldn’t believe the pain relief immediately. I now bring all three kids and my husband is starting soon. This office is so compassionate, helpful and buttoned up. I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Kemper is simply the very very very BEST!
This is the only place in all of Sarasota I would recommend!! Everyone in the entire office is welcoming, friendly, upbeat, professional, encouraging especially when you are in severe pain! I started therapy in January in very rough shape from a car accident and my life has completely changed after coming to this office and following their routine and advice. It was not an easy road but with the help of the doctors and entire staff your pain seems gone in a blink of an eye. Do your stretches, go to your appointments, listen to their guidance- you will feel amazing!
Early December I injured myself straining my neck while working out. I spent the next few days lying in bed unable to move. After my X-rays and consult, I began treatment on my neck, upper and lower back. A month in, I began working out too soon and ended up injuring myself again. After only three months of treatment I am able to work out again without pain, or worry for further injury. My back pain that I thought was normal has ceased to return and impede my work. I got into a minor car accident back in 2020 and ended up coming to see Dr Kemper since my neck was hurting from the accident. I ended up telling Dr Kemper about my sever head aches and migraines that I have had my entire life. As soon as I described the pain I have been enduring she decided to check my Atlas in my neck. It was that day that I found out I was able to solve these head aches. Now I visit Dr Kemper about once a week or anytime I feel a head ache coming on. Right after treatment, I notice an immediate difference. I used to suffer for so many years with head aches that prevented me from being a kid and now thanks to the incredible Dr Kemper, I am involved in sports again, I can go outside freely, and I also go weeks without a head ache. This office has truly changed my life and I thank God every day for each and every staff member who saved me from these crippling migraines. I finally get to be a kid again and I love living live without these painful head aches.
Where do I even start this review? Not sure how to give only 5 stars to a business that not only saved my life, but gave me another family! Two years ago this May life as I knew it came crashing down in an instant. I got up one Friday night to answer the phone and everything just went dark… that feeling you get right before you faint. For the next 6 weeks or so I experienced the following… Tachycardia, dizziness, extreme nausea, headaches, all Kinds of weird nerve related sensations, Trouble sleeping, tremors, vision, eye and ear problems and I was losing weight and hair like crazy. There’s probably more but these are the main ones. My body was going nuts, but why? After an urgent care visit, specialists, 3 ER visits, and a 3 days in SMH in the cardiac unit, God showed up! My husband is in a small group at church and was sharing with them men what was going on with me. Dr. Greg Logan (owner of PHC) is in his group and said bring her to my office as soon as you can. At that point I was willing to give anything a shot. We went the next day and by xrays and thorough examination I found out I had atlas subluxation. It’s when your atlas (your C1) shifts out of place. Mine somehow hit my brain stem causing havoc on my body. He came up with a treatment plan that day and introduced me Dr. Kristin Kemper who would be my treating physician. He told me it would be a long road and would get worse before it got better. Boy was he right! My symptoms were rough for a long time and I lost almost 25 pounds (I normally weigh 127-128). Dr. Kemper never gave up on me and continued to believe in my healing even when I didn’t. I still have lingering issues and see Dr Kemper at least every 2 weeks. That office has become like family to me. I can’t imagine not having them in my life. All 3 of my children are now in treatment for different issues. My former gymnast daughter had migraines for years and now goes in for an atlas adjustment when she starts noticing headaches (but no more migraines. My other daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis at PHC. No doctor had ever caught it. Now we know why she’s struggled with different issues throughout her life. I have several friends that had unexplained ailments that are now on their road to recovery and getting their lives back. This is no joke people. I am living proof that Platinum Healthcare knows what they are doing. They are truly a gift to this community!
Excellent all round healthcare, I’m dealing with a multitude of problems from a rear ending, hit and run DUI accident from mid November, and have felt well taken care of from the incredible intuition and knowledge of Chiro Dr. Kristen Kemper, to the clinic director, working with my lawyer to get the treatment I need. The front desk is friendly, efficient and always accommodating for a schedule change. The medical assistants are empathetic and schedule like a good Tetris game with room changes, physiotherapies. Injections with NP Emily Smith are painless and so helpful. Love getting spinal decompression! Best all round back care clinic I’ve ever been to.
I came to platinum after almost 9 years of frequent migraine headaches, blurry vision, and intolerable neck/ back pain. I went in for my consultation and everything I had issues with was diagnosed or touched on without me having to tell them much detail.
